ERA NANO was established on Oktober 1st 2013 by several professionals who have experiance in real estate agent since 2000, led by Ian Bastian. - International School searching, to make appointments with several international school for your kids
- Residential searching, to show prospectvie tenants only properties that closey meet their requirements and expectations including providing input for the best location based on the mileage from your office and your child’s school, and thus freeing up your time to spend on other aspects of their relocation
- Residential Area Touring, to provide tour around your residence like nearby hospital, mall, banking centre etc.
- Residential Documents, to provide service on licenses associated with the local RT/RW for KITAS purposes.
Home Search and Lease Negotiation
With a detailed analysis of your requirements, we will tour all suitable houses/apartments at Jakarta before showing it to you, so we can give you insights and comparison among other houses/apartments. And not only that, we also will help you to negotiate the price and terms when you find the house/apartment you like.
